Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Studies

Our firm is qualified in FDOT Workgroup 2.0 – Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Studies. Our completed studies have included Alternative Corridor Evaluations (ACE) and PD&E Studies. We offer the complete suite of services for these studies such as public involvement, planning, engineering, and environmental science. We also provide realistic renderings that are pedestrian level renderings that look real because they are developed from photographs.

Planning

Our firm is qualified in FDOT Workgroups 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.5, and 13.6, which are the planning qualifications. Our projects have included feasibility studies, investment studies, parking studies, and multi-modal studies.

Transportation Engineering

Our firm is qualified in FDOT Workgroups 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3, which are the roadway design qualifications. Our projects have included bicycle trails, widened sidewalks, milling, resurfacing and restoration of roadways, roadways on new alignment, and road diet type projects. We are also qualified in FDOT Workgroups 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, and 7.3, which are traffic operations analysis and design qualifications. Our projects in these groups included traffic studies, signal timing, signing and pavement marking plans, and signalization design.

Landscape Architecture

Our firm is qualified in FDOT Workgroup 15.0, which are the landscape architectural qualifications. Our team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects work seamlessly as a team to add livability to main streets through towns and cities within Florida. We design infrastructure that is complimented by native plant landscapes that thrive in the Florida environment without the excessive use of irrigation and pesticides. Our designs permit the local ecological system to be enhanced through native landscape.
